Time and its Trine

Delving into the depths of Time,

I wonder about the mysteries that shroud its trine, 

The past, the present, the future !

All in the synchronous order

An opportunity lived/unlived is lost in the past,

A game is being played in the moment of the current,

A dream of nurture is secured for the future

Time is indeed an existential entity,

Is its existence a reality?

An entity man has never seen nor ever touched,

Only an abstractness called time that man always vouched

Vouched for a reference or a solution.

Is it a mere thought 

that man has always sought?

For, the once Future soon shapes to the Present

And the Present leaves as the Past moment.

A play of our thought and emotion!

Like the pendulum oscillating to and fro

Do our thoughts swing to create the time flow?

For, at this very moment all that persists is only this moment

Only the thought travels the abstractness of time.

What if at this very moment,

What if at this very thought,

Man would be free of the thought!
